Hugs and kisses mason jar gift

Hugs and kisses mason jar by The Happier Homemaker

This jar is a great gift idea for teachers and can easily be customized by your child. Just add HERSHEY’S Kisses (both regular Kisses and Hugs Kisses) to the mason jar, wrap and glue burlap with your child’s customized heart or drawing to the jar and add a ribbon to the lid. These also make cute jars to sit in the kitchen when your little one wants a sweet treat.

S’mores Valentines

S’mores Valentines by A Night Owl

I love this homemade Valentine idea for teachers, co-workers and friends. S'mores candy and cookie jars are sure to be loved by just about anyone who receives one. For the s’mores, just mix some Valentine’s M&Ms, small marshmallows and Goldfish graham crackers and fill the mason jar.

Using various craft paper, you can customize the Valentine portion of the jar. You can find ideas on unique ways to word the Valentine with a simple Google search. Or, you can download the one shown above here.

If you have kids that love glitter (or love making a mess with glitter), then these easy crafts are for you. All you need is a mason jar, glue, glitter, confetti and a ribbon. Just pour a little glue inside the jar, then add confetti and sprinkle in glitter. You can coat the jar with as little or as much confetti as you prefer, and whatever color glitter you prefer. You can also customize these with Valentine tags.

If your special someone loves sweet treats, then these Valentine candy bouquets are the perfect gift. You just need a mason jar, wooden skewers, hot glue gun with glue sticks, candy bars, miniature candies and ribbon. Use your glue gun to glue the candy bars to the skewers, fill the mason jar with the miniature candies, add the skewers and add a ribbon.

Glass mason jars

While mason jars are perfect for keeping foods fresh and preserving their flavor, they can also be reused to create cute Valentine crafts.
