Return Policy

Customer satisfaction is our top priority at Therefore, if you are not 100% satisfied with the bottles or jars that you have purchased, you may return them to us for a full refund. Simply call us at (856) 455-2137 for a Return Authorization number. This Return Authorization must be clearly visible on all pallets being returned. All pallets returned must be packaged in the same manner as they were received.

All returns and/or claims must be made within 10 days of receipt. Once your return is received and inspected by the fulfillment centers (usually within 72 hours of receipt), your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 days. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account. Return freight arrangements will be handled on a case-by-case basis. Unauthorized returns and returns shipped freight collect or COD will be refused.
