What’s New, What’s Hot Showcase
While at the show, make sure you visit the North Hall, Lower Lobby to check out the What’s New, What’s Hot! Showcase. This showcase provides a snapshot of companies exhibiting and showcases hundreds of specialty foods representing the hottest trends in new specialty food products. As a proponent of glass containers, BOB is anxious to see what new products in glass bottles and jars will be showcased.
Incubator Alley
If you get hungry at the show, stop by Incubator Alley located at the Mezzanine Level, outside the Esplanade Ballroom. Here you’ll find (and taste) the up-and-coming specialty food stars at the earliest stage. Take time to explore products before they hit the marketplace.
Educational Program
The educational sessions are always a must attend, featuring talks from specialty food industry veterans. These business-building seminars and workshops help startups, manufacturers and buyers succeed in the ever-changing specialty food marketplace.
Hope to see you in San Francisco!
Bon appétit!
